Our coffee is organic, fair trade, and sourced from Verve Coffee Roasters in Santa Cruz, Ca. While Kasey Cather (owner) is Humboldt through & through, spending his childhood right up the street from the Cafe in Trinidad, Asia Cather (owner) was raised in Santa Cruz, Ca. Sourcing Verve coffee was at first a personal decision, and another way of bringing their two worlds together in a meaningful way. But, this decision was also influenced by Verve's unparalleled commitment to quality, craft, and most of all relationships, making a positive impact in the coffee communities "from Farmlevel to Streetlevel," building relationships based on fairness and equitability to foster an empowering and inclusive work environment. At Beachcomber, we also offer local wine, beer, kombucha, cider, and specialty drinks such as our signature sparkling wine spritzers and house-made Micheladas.
